Thousands of North Koreans have turned out for a mass rally in Pyongyang, in support of their leaders' call to arms. Soldiers and students chanted "death to the US imperialists" and "sweep away the US aggressors." North Korea is said to have put missile units on standby to attack American bases in South Korea and the Pacific. The order from leader Kim Jong-un came after the US flew two stealth bombers over the Korean peninsula. America said the practice runs were designed to show its ability to conduct long-range, precision strikes "quickly and at will." Seoul, which has been carrying out routine military drills with America, says it is closely monitoring movements in North Korea. Pyongyang is angry about a hike in sanctions, imposed after it carried out a third nuclear test in February. A full-blown North Korean attack is unlikely. However, there are fears of a more localised conflict.

A bright meteor briefly outshined the lights of New York City Friday evening (March 22), according to reports by witnesses who used Twitter and the Internet to report sightings of the fireball streaking over a broad stretch of the U.S. East Coast. "Strange Friday night ... a meteor passed over my house tonight!" wrote one New Yorker writing as Yanksmom19. The first fireball sightings came at about 8 p.m. EDT (0000 March 23 GMT) and sparked more than 500 witness reports to the American Meteor Society. Reports of the meteor flooded Twitter from New York, Boston and Washington, D.C. "The witnesses range from along the Atlantic Coast ranging from Maine to North Carolina," Robert Lunsford, the society's fireball coordinator, wrote in an update. "This object was also seen as far inland as Ohio.

'The Bible' producer: Obama-Satan similarity 'utter nonsense', we have highest respect for President

Yes, that's what many viewers decided Sunday night during the airing of "The Bible," the epic, blockbuster miniseries that covers both Old and New Testaments. Giddy press coverage followed, with comparative pictures of the character in question, and Mr. Obama. Needless to say, social media ran amok with speculation. But it just is not so, the network says. "HISTORY channel has the highest respect for President Obama. The series was produced with an international and diverse cast of respected actors. It's unfortunate that anyone made this false connection. HISTORY's 'The Bible' is meant to enlighten people on its rich stories and deep history," the channel said in a statement on Monday. "This is utter nonsense. The actor who played Satan, Mehdi Ouzaani, is a highly acclaimed Moroccan actor. He has previously played parts in several Biblical epics - including Satanic characters long before Barack Obama was elected as our president," said producer Mark Burnett.

Barack Obama's Limousine Breaks Down In Israel
Israelis are surprised to see Barack Obama's signature black limousine sitting on the back of a lorry.One of US President Barack Obama's limousines has broken down in Israel. The black, heavily guarded limousine experienced mechanical problems in Tel Aviv before Mr Obama landed in the country for a state visit. Media reports said the vehicle was mistakenly filled with diesel rather than petrol. The disabled limo was swapped for a back-up, and Mr Obama's busy itinerary in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem on Wednesday was not affected. "This is why we bring multiple vehicles and a mechanic on all trips," US Secret Service spokesman Edwin Donovan said in a statement. "Situations like this are planned for extensively by our advance teams so that the President's itinerary is unaffected by these types of issues." The US President arrived in the Middle East on Wednesday for a three-day tour of Israel and the Palestinian Territories. It is his first trip to the region since he first took office in 2009.

North Korea blows up White House in propaganda video (Video)
North Korea has produced another video showing the United States under attack, this time with the White House and the US Capitol literally in the crosshairs. The four-minute video titled "Firestorms will rain on the Headquarters of War" was posted Monday on the YouTube channel of the North's official website, Uriminzokkiri, which distributes news and propaganda from the state media. The first two minutes used still photos of US fighter jets, B-52 bombers and aircraft carriers to portray the United States as a bullying nuclear power intent on bending Pyongyang to its will. "Second by second, the fuse of a nuclear war is burning," a female narrator warned. It then showed a sniper's crosshairs superimposed over the White House, before switching to animated footage of the dome of the US Capitol building exploding in a fireball. "There is no limit to the range of our strategic rockets," the narrator said. Angered by UN sanctions imposed after its nuclear test last month, North Korea has threatened the United States with a pre-emptive nuclear strike, as military tensions on the Korean peninsula escalated to their highest level for years. Although experts say the North is years from being able to fire a nuclear-tipped ballistic mile as far as the US mainland, US Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel responded Friday with plans to boost West Coast missile defences. It was the latest in a line of similarly-themed videos posted to the Uriminzokkiri channel. An offering early last month showed New York in flames after an apparent missile attack, and another two weeks later depicted US soldiers and President Barack Obama burning in the flames of a nuclear blast.

Egypt Vigilantes Kill Two Men As Crowd Watches | 2 thieves in Nile Delta town stealing a rickshaw
Egyptian vigilantes beat two men accused of stealing a motorized rickshaw on Sunday and then hung them by their feet while some in a watching crowd chanted "kill them!" Both men died, security officials said. The killings come a week after the attorney-general's office encouraged civilians to arrest lawbreakers and hand them over to police. They are emblematic of the chaos sweeping Egypt and a security breakdown of frightening proportions. More Related to this Story A witness said they were beaten but still alive before they were strung up from the rafters of an open-air bus station. Both were stripped down to their underwear. Photographs from the scene show one of the bodies hanging with deep, bloody lacerations covering his back. From the front, one of the men's face is completely covered in blood. Other shots showed both hanging by their feet, bruised, cut and bleeding. A photographer who witnessed the scene told the AP that some in the crowd threatened to kill him if he took pictures of the lynchings with his professional camera. He said that women and children were in the crowd of about 3,000 watching the lynchings, some from their balconies overlooking the scene, and some chanted in support "kill them!" Afterward, residents took their bodies and dumped them on the doorstep of a nearby police station, according to witnesses. Other photographs show the men lying on the ground dead in their underwear, with ropes around their feet. Their bodies are covered in dirt, bruises, blood and lacerations as a group of men gathered around them. One man in the angry crowd grasped a knife in one fist and another held up a bloodied wooden stick. Security officials said some in the crowd tried to help free the two men but were pushed back by others. The bodies were later taken to the morgue for identification, according to security officials who spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak to the media. Residents also threatened to lynch another two men accused of involvement in attacks on girls. Witnesses said they were bracing for possible blood feuds between residents of Samanod, where the attack took place, and the nearby village of Mahallahit Ziyad, where the two men killed were from. Ahram reported that police could not reach the site of the hangings because angry microbus drivers had cut off all the major roads of the nearby city of Mahalla to protest a shortage of diesel fuel, one of Egypt's many crises. Earlier in the day, residents there also burned tires and set up roadblock along a main train track to protest the fuel shortages. And although vigilante killings are not frequent in Egypt, there have been similar attacks in the past two years. In 2012 in northern Sharqiya province, police said relatives of a man who was killed when muggers tried to steal his car lynched one of the thieves. They then burned his body while it hung from a light pole. Another case that year was in the Nile Delta province of Mansoura, where relatives of a victim took justice into their own hands and lynched two suspected killers. Anger at Mr. Morsi was on display again Sunday, when protesters took their demands to the Brotherhood's doorstep. Hundreds clashed with police who fired tear gas at the crowd outside of the Islamist group's Cairo headquarters. The crowd was responding to an assault on journalists, who claimed they were attacked by Brotherhood members Saturday evening during coverage of a meeting. The journalists said that after a group of activists sprayed anti-Brotherhood graffiti on the ground outside the group's Cairo headquarters, the Brotherhood guards attacked with sticks and chains. Brotherhood spokesman Mahmoud Ghozlan said in a statement that guards outside the building were provoked and insulted by the activists and journalists. Many of the group's offices were attacked across the country in December during violent protests over the drafting of the constitution. Dozens of journalists rallied outside their syndicate in the capital Cairo against the incident. Diaa Rashwan, the newly elected head of the syndicate who replaced a figure considered by most journalists as pro-Brotherhood, said he would file a lawsuit against the Brotherhood spokesman for suggesting that journalists had incited the violence. The opposition party Al-Dustor, led by Nobel laureate Mohamed ElBaradei, blamed the Brotherhood's leadership for allegedly encouraging "militias" loyal to the group to join the fight. There were clashes on Saturday during protests against Mr. Morsi and the Brotherhood during the President's trip to the impoverished governorate of Sohag. The presidency on Sunday denied that opposition protesters had tried to storm the hall where Mr. Morsi had been speaking, despite video that showed the attempt.

Officer Shooting Caught On Camera, El Cajon Shooting, Police Shootout
An officer is shot right in front of a news camera. The entire event is caught on camera including shots fired, officer rescue, SWAT standoff, house fire, helicopter water drops, and more. The suspect, Kevin Collier, shot his 1-year old daughter, his mother-in-law and then police showed up (me too). Upon arriving, officers were met with gunfire from the suspect who had a rifle of some sort. Officer Jared Slocum was struck in the left temple, where it exited the rear of his skull. He was NOT shot in the neck, as it appears. The suspect then set the house on fire, before shooting himself. The fire department could not approach because officers could not confirm if the suspect was dead or not. Firefighters are not going to walk up to a home with the possibility of a man inside with a rifle. Officers requested Mercy Air for transport, but instead took the wounded officer by ground in a patrol car as it would be much quicker. This was on a dead-end street, so the rescue of having to pass the line of fire was very risky. A gas line explodes at one point (bluish smoke). SWAT set up and work with the fire department to help slow the rate of spread. Two helicopters begin water drops, which I have never seen before on a structure, only brush fires. Officer Slocum is doing well, but has decided to "medically retire" from the El Cajon Police Department, move, and go back to college. The officer who was with him, Officer Tim McFarland, was a rookie at the time and was being trained by Slocum. So if anyone wants to badmouth him, keep in mind he was still learning the ropes and in my opinion did everything right. Officer Slocum's wound, although severe due to the location, had very very little blood loss. So for those appauled that none of us applied pressure, quite frankly it wasn't neccessary and he was capable of doing it himself. And for all you anti-cop commenters, keep in mind, officers are still humans with families. The men and women in this video are excellent officers. Especially Slocum and McFarland. Former El Cajon Police Chief (at the time) Pat Sprecco said "That'll be used as a training tool for a long time", referring to the footage.

Touching and Dramatic MOMENT Rescuers Form Human Chain To Save Boy from the Sea in NZ: The father of a New Zealand boy pulled from powerful surf by brave locals who formed a human chain has thanked rescuers for saving his son's life. 12-year-old Joshua McQuoid was playing with two friends at a Napier beach when he was caught by a wave and dragged deeper into the water by a vice-like undertow. Vision shot by a young bystander showed frantic beach goers, led by a German tourist, and police officers trying desperately to pull the boy from heavy surf but with no success. Only after people linked arms to form a 12-strong human chain than held fast, were two police officers at the front able to grab the boy and throw him towards the shore. Joshua was inched clear of the break and carried to the beach unconscious before being revived with first aid. His father Shane McQuoid says Joshua is recovering physically but was still "shaken up" from the experience, which he'd told his dad was like being in a washing machine. Mr McQuoid told Radio New Zealand he was so thankful to "each and every person" who helped pull Joshua out alive.

After watching that event he was very enthusiastic to break that record one day and he did it on December 3rd 2011 in Scarborough in front of many supporters, witnesses and the video recording. Dr. Paul Joseph was beside him and keeps on checking his heart beat often. Mohan is 37 years old family man, from the village of "Moolaai" in Jaffna Sri Lanka currently living in Toronto, Canada. He is very ambitious from his young age to do some adventures and expose his hidden talent. When he was asked why did you choose this Acupuncher needle task, he replied the first thing I want to break that record, the second things is to proof to the public the well famous Chinese Acupuncture treatment for the sickness is very effective and risk free treatment.
